Turmeric Clay Mask

Turmeric is said to lighten hyperpigmentation (dark spots) and dark circles. It also has anti-inflammatory properties. Also contains kaolin clay, which absorbs oil, cleans pores and soothes skin. It is the gentlest of cosmetic clays. This mask comes in powdered form for an extended shelf life. Simply place roughly a half teaspoonful in a small bowl, add a small amount of water, a bit at a time until it is the thickness you prefer. (I like a thicker mask, so I add just enough water to make it spreadable.) Apply to face, neck and/or chest with mask brush or fingers. Allow to dry, then rinse. This can stain, so we don’t advise using you favorite white washcloth or towel. Can temporarily stain skin. Continue with normal skincare routine. ~ 2 oz., suitable for several (10+) uses depending on product settling and extent of area of application. Contains turmeric powder and kaolin clay.
